The Arista Coffee & Café $25.00 Gift Card Drawing (the "Drawing") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Arista Coffee & Cafe ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

The Drawing begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00 A.M. CDT and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 P.M. CDT (the "Drawing Period"). Entries received outside the Drawing Period will not be considered.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.  There are two ways to enter:  Method 1 — In Person Entry (with Email Opt-In): Visit Arista Coffee & Café during the Drawing Period and complete the entry form with your name and email address and select whether or not you would like to opt in to receive promotional emails from Arista Coffee & Café. Enter by providing your email. Opting into promotional emails is optional and not required to enter or win.  Method 2 — Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Mail a 3" x 5" card with your full name, address, email address, and date of birth to: Arista Coffee & Cafe Drawing Entry, 2155 CityGate Lane, Suite 109, Naperville, Illinois 60563.  Mail-in entries must be handwritten, one entry per envelope, and received during the Drawing Period.  No mechanical reproductions accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.  Both entry methods have equal odds of winning. Subscribing to promotional emails does not increase your chances of winning.  Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Use of automated entry methods, scripts, or bots is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

$25.00 Gift Card to Arista Coffee & Café redeemable at Arista Coffee & Café only.  Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility.

On or about May 31, 2026 at 11:59 P.M. CDT, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Drawing Period. The drawing will be conducted by Arista Coffee & Café. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond in time, or declines the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By entering, participants agree to:  Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.  Release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the Drawing or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.  Grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Personal information collected in connection with this Drawing will be used only in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.aristacoffeecafe.com/privacypolicy . By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described therein.  California Residents (CCPA): California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the sale of their data. To exercise these rights, contact Sponsor.  EU/UK Residents (GDPR): If this Drawing is open to residents of the European Union or United Kingdom, the Sponsor will collect and process personal data only with explicit consent and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Participants may withdraw consent or request data deletion at any time by contacting Sponsor.  Children's Privacy (COPPA): This Drawing is not open to individuals under the age of 18. The Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If such information is inadvertently collected, it will be promptly deleted.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing at any time as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical failures; or any other errors or problems of any kind related to the Drawing.

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any disputes arising out of this Drawing will be resolved individually without resorting to class action, and exclusively under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor.  This request must be received within sixty (60) days of the closing of the Drawing Period.    These Official Rules are effective as of April 1, 2026. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
